Shipping
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days. If you ordered an item that we have to make, please refer to “Custom + Special Orders” below.
All orders are shipped with regular mail services. The rate charged for your order is based on the weight of your product and your location. At the check out, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been shipped. If there should be any further delay in shipping, you will be informed.
Domestic Orders
If you live within USA, you can expect to receive your package in 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date.
International Orders
We can ship items in North America and Europe. Worldwide shipment can take 5 to 20 business days from the shipping date.
TAX/VAT + Customs
Please note that you (customer) are responsible for any taxes, VAT and customs clearance charges required by your country of residence. Once the package leaves the US, GE.BÉ atelier is no longer in possession of the item and not responsible for any packages held by custom agencies. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedure and any potential charges.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
Prior to packaging, we verify every item to make sure it’s authentic and intact. We carefully wrap and pack the items with an eco-friendly mind, using recycled and reclaimed materials as much as we can. Some boxes have other company names on it or have aesthetic imperfections, but the chosen ones are all in good condition for shipping delicate pieces.
Custom + Special Orders
We will gladly make a special order for you. Contact us to discuss the details. Keep in mind that ceramic needs time to build and requires drying periods and two firings. Depending on your request, there is a minimum of 4 to 5 weeks process before being shipped. You will be notified of the progress of your order.
Exchange, Refund + Return
GE.BÉ atelier co. is a start-up, completely operated by the artist and owner. Exchanges and refunds are possible only if the item you receive is damaged. In that case, the damaged good must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date. Include in your message photos of the damaged item, the box and the shipping label. Return cannot be made, unless we send you the wrong item.
