At GE.BÉ atelier, we take pride in offering carefully curated and handcrafted items that are made, packed, and shipped with great care. Please review the following shipping and return policies before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order or specialty items may require additional time, as indicated on the product page.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped with standard mail services.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and product type. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact us at info@gebeatelier.com for a custom quote before placing your order.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some oversized or fragile items may incur additional handling or freight charges.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Every item is carefully checked for quality before shipping. We are committed to eco-conscious packaging practices, using recycled and reclaimed materials as often as possible to reduce waste.

For larger or oversized items, we may use recycled boxes sourced from other shipments. These boxes are chosen because they offer the best fit and protection for items that don’t conform to standard box sizes. While they may show signs of prior use, they are clean, sturdy, and well-suited for safely shipping delicate pieces.

General Returns

Because our products are curated, limited-edition, or handmade, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@gebeatelier.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the item and packaging

    • A description of the issue

We will review the case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Custom orders

    • Ceramics with natural variations in glaze or form

    • Items marked final sale

Return Window

  • Requests for returns due to damage must be made within 3 days of receipt.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting info@gebeatelier.com.

  • After that window, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be modified.
